We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to manage daily customer requests and provide exceptional support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer requests through a shared mailbox and provide member support across various platforms.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly, fostering a positive experience for all customers.
  • Conduct product sales, process returns and related requests, and handle customer payments efficiently.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, utilizing this data to improve future service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues, concerns, and emerging trends, informing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives and other departments to find effective solutions to problems.
  • Develop and document knowledge into useful content, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, showcasing a strong commitment to delivering excellent results.
  • Automotive repair, parts, and component knowledge is essential for success in this role.
  • Technical or engineering experience can be beneficial in providing expert advice to customers.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for diagnosing problems and proposing effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.
