
Customer Experience Advocate

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the voice of our brand, ensuring that every interaction with customers is handled professionally and empathetically.
Key responsibilities include:
- Confirming customer addresses through verification calls for orders placed on cash-on-delivery or prepaid options.
- Managing end-to-end customer support across various channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Efficiently handling returns and exchanges while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Collecting valuable insights and feedback from customers to inform product improvements, packaging, and overall brand experience enhancements.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers until resolution.
- Collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a delightful customer journey.
- Identifying patterns in customer queries and suggesting data-driven improvements.
Requirements include:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High levels of energy, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working with phone support, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
- Willingsness to work on-site, 6 days a week, at our office location.
