  • Arrange appointments with hospitals and doctors for efficient scheduling
  • Maintain accurate patient records and conduct timely follow-ups
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, or hospital coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • A patient-centric approach with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (preferred)
