Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team for an affordable group housing project.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state government-backed affordable housing project with career growth prospects in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
  • Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
