We are seeking a dynamic professional with 7-10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising for our multidisciplinary sports complex, Vajra. The role involves cultivating and stewarding relationships with high-value donors, alumni, and influential networks to mobilise substantial funding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  2. Create an extensive database of HNI/potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  3. Establish and track target-based fundraising goals, reporting donor engagement, tracking, and donation metrics to management at regular intervals.
  4. Ability to create and communicate powerful pitches, proposals to management/HNIs/CSR Heads and drive closures successfully.
  5. Collaborate with the Communications team to create high-impact presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  6. Work closely with trustees, leadership, and the Vajra project team to deliver the fundraising goals.
  7. Represent us at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator (Bilingual - Tamil/English).
  • Should be an individual contributor and comfortable leading pitches and closures to senior management.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and possess good knowledge of current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviors.
