Job Description:

This position involves taking ownership of projects related to sanctions compliance and governance. You will work closely with stakeholders worldwide to design and implement effective solutions.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting MACN members in navigating anti-corruption regulations globally.
  • Developing and maintaining compliance tools and resources based on industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Leading global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance for SMEs in Southeast Asia and Europe.

Additional responsibilities include due diligence initiatives, collaborating with external providers, and championing ESG efforts within sustainability reporting.

Key Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.

You should also possess strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, clear communication skills, and a commitment to transparency and responsible business conduct.
