The Global Wealth Strategist will drive the development and expansion of our wealth management division, ensuring high-quality investment solutions and client-centric financial planning. This role requires a deep understanding of portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and investment advisory, along with the ability to lead a team of relationship professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement our wealth management strategy, aligning with our company's global investment vision.
  • Distributor Management: Collaborate with channel partners to bring global investing products to their clients via relationship managers and advisors.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, providing knowledge and logistics for global diversification of their wealth and investments.
  • Portfolio & Investment Management: Oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes that clients may find interesting, and help them make and manage investments in identified products.
  • Market Research & Product Insights: Stay ahead of global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover and curate unique global products that suit our clientele.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of wealth advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
