Job Title:

Portfolio Strategist

Seeking an experienced Portfolio Strategist to lead our wealth management team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  2. Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on individual needs and circumstances.
  3. Manage clients' investment portfolios and monitor performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and news and provide regular updates to clients.
  6. Generate new business by identifying and pursuing new clients and opportunities.
  7. Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services, effectively communicating them to clients.
  8. Collaborate with departments to ensure high-quality services.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Wealth Manager in the industry.
  • Proven track record of generating and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving complex investment issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification preferred.

KPIs:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for revenue growth.
  • Increase client retention and satisfaction by providing high-quality investment advice and service.
  • Expand client base through referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Increase assets under management by effectively managing clients' investment portfolios and growing their wealth.
  • Meet or exceed profitability targets by balancing revenue growth with cost management.
  • Maintain high compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies to protect clients' investments.
  • Stay current with market trends and news to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain high client engagement through regular communication and market updates.
  • Increase operational efficiency by utilizing tools and resources to manage portfolios and generate reports.
  • Foster a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills by staying current with industry trends and participating in training programs.
