Job Title\

The primary responsibility involves working closely with clients to understand their investment requirements in structured finance. The individual plays a key role in onboarding, monitoring, and risk management for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Review legal agreements, servicer or trustee reports, and client portfolios.\
  • Work closely with clients to support risk and exposure monitoring of transactions.\
  • Calculate and monitor covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, concentration tests, borrowing base calculations, and other key metrics.\
  • Assist/lead daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.\
  • Liaise with the Business Analyst and Implementation team to ensure data accuracy on proprietary platforms.\
  • Mentor and guide freshers to improve learning curves.\
  • Provide enhanced surveillance to clients on their portfolios and share critical performance aspects proactively.\
  • Standardize and streamline processes to increase efficiencies and set up SOPS around deliverables.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Broad understanding of structured finance products, corporate credit landscape, ABL, CLO, middle market portfolio financing.\
  • In-depth knowledge of core financial and accounting concepts.\
  • Proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel.\
  • Understanding of various financial databases, including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva.\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.\
  • Graduated with an MBA or advanced degree in finance (CFA, CAIA, FRM).\
  • Prior experience of 3-5 years with an investment bank, investment management firm, or financial advisory firm.\
