Job Description:
\We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure. You will work closely with the on-site team to resolve complex problems and ensure timely client servicing.
\Responsibilities:

- Resolve and maintain client software, hardware, and network issues as per defined SLAs\
- Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by clients\
- Perform root cause analysis of tickets and create action plans to resolve issues\
- Provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets\
- Manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations\
- Track tickets from acceptance to resolution stage\
- Maintain timely backup of important data, logs, and management resources\
- Coordinate with on-site teams for complex problem resolution\
- Review log files and ensure all service requests are resolved in a timely manner\
- Deliver performance parameters, including adherence to SLA timelines, zero customer escalation, and client appreciation emails\
- Skills and Qualifications:\

- Oracle Database Administration experience\
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field\
- Degree in Computer Science or related field\
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines\
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and industry standards\
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems\
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting\
- Understanding of network protocols and architecture\\
