Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers across various regions, including APAC, India, MEA, Europe, and NAM. They will also be required to work closely with the TAC - Packet Core team to identify and resolve technical problems.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technical support, or equivalent degree (or higher).
  • Level 2 Technical Support – TAC - Packet Core.
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud and container infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting tools and log file analysis.
  • Strong understanding of technology call flows, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, according to 3GPP standards.
  • Ability to identify, correct, and report faults on specific subsystems and equipment.
  • Flexible to work in different time zones and have excellent logical and analytical skills.
