Sr HR Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement improvements.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Organizational Development:
- Identify training and development needs; design programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations maintaining best practices in HR operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on HR initiatives, challenges, and progress.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and lead the HR team fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 8 years of HR experience with a focus on the IT sector or related industries.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
