  • Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPIs.
  • Solve problems by analyzing solution alternatives.
  • Ensure accurate setup of new product lines, promotions, amendments, cost price and selling prices through 100% quality audits.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and maintain critical path.
  • Keep yourself up-to-date with process changes and ensure process documents are updated to reflect the same.
  • Drive improvement through use of CI and digital tools and share insights with markets through operational reports.
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and suppliers through regular interactions.
  • Ensuring transition of process knowledge to colleagues and sharing.
  • Helping colleagues by pro-actively providing administrative support, with integrity.
  • Investigating supplier queries and ensuring audit compliance.
  • Providing accurate data/information that supports departments in decision making and facilitates smooth trade.
