Security Incident Resolution Specialist

Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Security Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating and triaging security and operational risks while providing critical incident and workplace violence triage, coordination, and facilitation.

  • Triage and Prioritize Incidents: Research and troubleshoot internal tools to support delivery associates on-road and customers receiving shipments or services from us.
  • Crisis Management: Collaborate with crisis management leadership to prioritize incoming incidents.
  • Call Routing: Transfer lower severity calls to appropriate partners, including Customer Service and Shipping Delivery Services.
  • Communication: Manage phone communications and facilitate the flow of information between various internal and external customers.
