Travel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Operations Manager to oversee the entire holiday booking process. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of travel products and services.

  • Build comprehensive and personalized holiday itineraries incorporating hotels, flights, activities, and local experiences based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Handle hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines throughout the holiday booking process.
  • Effectively communicate with customers addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes to ensure satisfaction.
  • Bilateral relationships with vendors hotels, airlines, local partners to secure competitive rates and high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated on travel trends destinations and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before departure.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. They will also have the ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally. Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite is essential.
