Role Overview

As our Flight Specialist, you'll oversee end-to-end flight bookings, complex itineraries, and high-touch support for discerning clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of flight bookings, exchanges, cancellations, and ticket issuance via GDS like Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
  • Handling of complex multi-city, international, and round-the-world itineraries.
  • Application of airline fare rules and interline agreements to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Action on PNRs in line with defined SLAs and complete documentation across systems.
  • Cross-functional coordination to reduce ADM occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements.
  • BSP and ARC workflows management - from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in flight ticketing for HNI clients, travel agencies, OTAs, or corporate desks.
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
  • In-depth understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning.
  • Expertise with BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing.
  • IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification required.
  • Prompt verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Bonus: Experience in luxury travel, private aviation, or VIP ticketing.
