Job Title: Reservations Executive

Our team is looking for a skilled reservations professional to join us in setting up our end-to-end reservations process and laying the foundation for growth. As part of our dynamic hospitality start-up, you will be responsible for managing reservations across various channels, handling guest communication, maintaining accurate data, verifying property listings, and creating standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations across online travel agencies, direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems and online travel agency extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Create standard operating procedures, email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of online travel agency extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of property management systems and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages an asset).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
