Guest Experience Coordinator

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the ambassador of our hospitality brand, delivering exceptional guest experiences through warm and professional interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized welcome and farewell experiences to guests, ensuring a lasting impression.
  • Manage guest reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently, minimizing delays and inconvenience.
  • Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with regular guests, recognizing and rewarding loyalty and VIP customers.
  • Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception/host area, reflecting positively on the brand's image.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests and colleagues.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, adapting to changing situations and priorities as needed.
