As our Event Coordinator, you will bring the community to life by planning and hosting fun activities that make everyone feel welcome and engaged.

  • Plan and host events of all sizes – from small gatherings to medium and large-scale activities.
  • Be the host who keeps the energy high and makes everyone feel included.

Giving Exceptional Guest Experience:

  • Chat with travelers, understand what they’d love to do, and gather feedback.
  • Be approachable and friendly so guests see you as their go-to person.

Thinking Creatively:

  • Come up with fresh ideas to keep our event calendar exciting.
  • Make each guest’s stay memorable through unique activities and surprises.

Collaborating with Others:

  • Work closely with teammates, local artists, and vendors to run smooth events.
  • Help share stories, photos, and videos from events to inspire future guests.

Evaluating and Improving:

  • Notice which events guests enjoy most.
  • Use feedback to make things better every time.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Event Management or Hospitality is beneficial.
  • Some experience in hosting events or working in hospitality or community engagement is required.
  • Good communication skills and basic knowledge of tools like MS Office are essential.
