About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to act as the first point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on our platform.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle inbound queries, emails, and calls with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
- Guide influencers and brands through the onboarding process and app navigation.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.
- Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure seamless user journeys.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, empathetic approach.
- Comfortable interacting with influencers, brands, and app users.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu is a plus.
