As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive brand awareness and user growth through impactful influencer campaigns.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to identify, engage, and manage partnerships with content creators and influencers across social platforms.

  • Identify and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, leveraging their unique voices and reach.
  • Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote NikahForever's brand and offerings, meeting or exceeding engagement and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with content/design teams to provide briefs, creatives, and campaign assets, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Track influencer content performance, measure ROI, and optimize future partnerships, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies for long-term collaborations, prioritizing trust and open communication.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems, including their latest features and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing strategies.
