The role involves being a spokesperson and representative of the company, promoting brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating sales.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand's principles and ethos, including brand positioning, values differentiation, and competitive analysis.
- Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, associates, and industry professionals.
This position requires direct interaction with clients, which includes handling inquiries, converting leads into sales, and managing client feedback.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a strong positive perception of the brand through in-depth knowledge of Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.
- Handling client feedback and grievances professionally and driving solutions when necessary.
- Proactive sales, cross-selling, and servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.
Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations, maintaining database updates, identifying opportunities to add value to client relationships, and representing the brand at events.
Successful candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, good personality, and strong interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.
