Strategic Luxury E-Commerce Leader

We are seeking a forward-thinking business leader to spearhead the strategic development and execution of our luxury e-commerce platform. As a Business Strategist, you will shape our growth strategy across channels, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement to elevate our online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business expansion by analyzing key performance metrics and optimizing strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for business expansion and future development, guiding product development and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional strategy, managing costs and overheads while ensuring profitable business performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary.
  • Review overall performance on KPIs–performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our position as a leading luxury fashion & lifestyle category.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.

This is a leadership role requiring strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
