The Deputy Director, Platform Speed Planning is a high-impact role that brings together logistics, technology, and customer experience.

You will lead a strategic team responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to our customers faster than ever before.

  • Elevate Efficiency: You will own the core processes for inventory placement and allocation, directly influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all nodes.
  • Innovate & Automate: You will design and deploy cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize Resources: Your strategic oversight will ensure the efficient use of resources—space and capacity—to maximize inventory turns and revenue.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decisive decision-making.

You will be working with cross-functional teams to drive strategic change and champion projects that fundamentally improve our supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, or operations, with a Tier-1/2 MBA.
