We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our luxury travel brand's marketing efforts and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and luxury brand positioning.
    • Develop clear marketing metrics in line with lead generation, brand engagement, and ROI goals.
  • Digital & Social Media Management
    • Oversight of marketing activities across multiple platforms including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business API.
    • Collaboration with external agencies to execute targeted paid campaigns, content calendars, and performance tracking.
    • Monitoring platform analytics and optimization of content strategies for engagement and conversion.
  • Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serving as the marketing liaison with internal departments including Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience.
    • Ensuring timely collection and dissemination of information required for marketing activities.
    • Providing daily updates to the COO on key campaign status and departmental progress.
  • Content & Creative Direction
    • Supervising content development including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaign creatives.
    • Ensuring messaging reflects the brand's tone, values, and premium positioning in the luxury travel segment.
    • Coordination with designers, content creators, and agency partners for timely deliverables.
  • Campaign Management & Lead Generation
    • Executing and monitoring brand and lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
    • Tracking inquiries, engagement, and conversions through CRM tools, and sharing actionable insights with the Sales team.
    • Assistance in planning client engagement activities, online contests, and promotional strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Analyzing campaign performance data and providing concise reports to the COO.
    • Recommendations for improvements based on marketing trends, analytics, and competitor benchmarking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the luxury, hospitality, or travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools and analytics.
  • Prior experience managing external agencies and small in-house teams.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Creative flair with an eye for design, luxury aesthetics, and storytelling.
