
IC Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive demand.
- Product Demonstrations: Organize product showcases, workshops, and industry conference participation to engage customers.
- Marketing Materials: Create compelling marketing collateral and presentations to communicate key messages.
- Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough customer needs assessments, market trend analysis, and market potential evaluations.
- Competitor Assessment: Analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Project Funnel Analysis: Analyze project pipeline and provide accurate forecasts for production.
- Demo Stock Management: Effectively manage demo stock inventory.
- New Product Launch: Coordinate new product launches and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Product Training: Provide product training to sales and marketing teams internally and end-users externally.
- Reporting: Regularly report on activities and progress.
Market Development:
- Marketing Program Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing programs to create pull in the market for the entire IC product portfolio.
- New Product/Line Launch: Responsible for launching new products or product lines.
- Symposium/Marketing Program Execution: Conduct and execute symposia, marketing programs, CMEs, and conferences from initiation to execution in consultation with sales and head of marketing.
- Business Development: Identify and work closely with key architects, construction companies, and project consultants for business development.
- Product Technical Information: Provide product technical information to bio-medical professionals, CSSD managers, IC nursing heads, consultants, and others by discussing and detailing feature benefits and precision execution of routine tasks.
- Marketing Tools/Collaterals: Create marketing tools and collaterals as needed.
Training Support:
- Product Line Training: Responsible for training on the IC product line.
- Internal Product and Technical Training: Initiate, conduct, and facilitate internal product and technical training for sales and other team members/distributors to meet objectives.
- End-User Training: Conduct operational training to end-users, follow-up trainings, and troubleshooting.
- Operational Training Coordination: Coordinate with other product managers for operational training to end-users during project completion or final handover.
Sales Support:
- Product Knowledge Support: Support the sales team with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools.
- Cross-Selling/Up-selling Opportunities: Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with consumables and equipment bundles.
- Technical Discussions: Attend or drive product-related technical discussions for projects, tenders, and business flow.
- New Sales Rep Onboarding: Handhold and develop new sales reps on priority to ensure they are confident in promoting the product to customers.
- Consultant/Architect/Surgeon/Technician/Purchase Authority Engagement: Closely work with the sales team to introduce and promote to consultants, architects, surgeons, technicians, and purchase authorities during all pre- and post-sales activities.
- Cost Support and Negotiations: Provide cost support and attend commercial negotiations along with the sales team as needed.
- KOL Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in infection control, hospital administration.
Other:
- Sales Tracking and Stock Organization: Track sales and organize stocks effectively.
- Sales Data Analysis and Corrective Actions: Maintain and analyze sales data, taking corrective actions to address areas of concern in consultation with the head of marketing.
- Complaint Handling: Handle complaints related to products from customers on equipment and coordinate with the appropriate person for feedback and resolution.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties assigned by seniors/management to support the team.
- Customer Visits: Conduct regular customer visits individually and with sales colleagues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing and product communications comply with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and quality certifications.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay updated with evolving regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
