As a key player in our hospitality team, you will take on the role of Reservations Coordinator, tasked with ensuring seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to engage proactively with guests through various channels to provide pre-arrival information, answer inquiries, and address concerns. Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate responses to guest queries regarding hotel policies, amenities, local attractions, and other relevant information.

You will also handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions and escalating to relevant departments if necessary. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the reservations team to ensure seamless handover of guest information and payment details.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively engage with guests through various channels to provide pre-arrival information, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate responses to guest queries regarding hotel policies, amenities, local attractions, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and professional information.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools, including email, chat systems, and reservation software.
