Airport Operations Specialist

This is a key role in the airport operations team, requiring a strong understanding of airline industry and travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support airport systems and applications for crew, ground, departure control, turn around, baggage, and loading.
  • Work with GDS systems and DCS systems for reservations, passenger check-ins & boarding, baggage check-in, load management.
  • Assist crew systems for scheduling, tracking, and ensuring efficient utilization of crew resources.
  • Manage baggage system, monitoring and operating automated baggage handling systems.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Available to work in 24 x 7 shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with good troubleshooting and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stringent SLAs.
