This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and communicating with clients and partners. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the individual will create new business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure continuous growth
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business expansion

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Graduation in any degree
  • Critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and converting into sales
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the edtech industry and entrepreneurship
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Upskilling segment (Small ticket) is mandatory

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated salary: ₹3-5 lakhs per annum
  • Variable pay: ₹2-2.4 lakhs per annum
