Job Overview

The Application Support Engineer will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our cloud-based software applications, ensuring high levels of performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large volume of incoming support requests to identify customer needs and achieve satisfaction.
  • Perform weekly reviews of closed support cases to measure process compliance.
  • Cultivate customer orientation and adaptability to respond effectively to diverse customer types.
  • Recognize and address subpar customer service interactions, identifying gaps in quality and driving initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks to meet competing deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work variable hours when required.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English, with Tamil proficiency also beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
