Technical Support Specialist for Cloud Applications

The Application Support Engineer will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our cloud-based software applications, ensuring high levels of performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a large volume of incoming support requests to identify customer needs and achieve satisfaction.
- Perform weekly reviews of closed support cases to measure process compliance.
- Cultivate customer orientation and adaptability to respond effectively to diverse customer types.
- Recognize and address subpar customer service interactions, identifying gaps in quality and driving initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Prioritize and execute tasks to meet competing deadlines.
- Flexibility to work variable hours when required.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with Tamil proficiency also beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
