Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural design and build projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues, ensuring they are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated as necessary.
  • Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management in architectural design.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
