Job Title: Master Architect

Description:

The position of Master Architect involves overseeing comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborating with the land acquisition team to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Working alongside sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Scheduling and leading project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams to ensure progress and address challenges.
  • Evaluating and providing constructive feedback on consultant deliverables throughout various stages of project development.
  • Supporting all planning, design, and implementation activities in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Developing comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partnering with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
  • Ensuring all designs comply with Indian building codes, standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.
  • Addressing design-related challenges proactively, offering effective solutions to construction teams with necessary technical guidance.
  • Oversight during snagging and final inspections prior to project handover, ensuring completion meets all specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in architecture
