Senior BIM Project Leader

You will lead the execution of Architecture, MEP projects with a seasoned team. As a well-experienced BIM Manager, your responsibilities include team management, project coordination, client relations, business development, cost oversight, and implementing industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Oversee multiple concurrent BIM projects ensuring their successful completion.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize delivery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM methodologies.
    • Proactively address project-related challenges and issues, including quality assurance and clash coordination.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and address concerns or inquiries.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Business Development:
    • Contribute to business growth by participating in strategic meetings.
    • Apply industry experience to identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase advanced BIM capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to secure new projects.
  • Cost and Timeline Oversight:
    • Exercise control over project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
    • Maintain control over project timelines, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Industry Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
    • Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.
