Our Company is seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in our newly established Mumbai office. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing local Revit-capable teams and ensuring the highest standards of BIM quality, innovation, and efficiency across projects.

BIM is an essential tool for delivering Commercial, Workplace, Hospitality, Retail, Logistics, Data Centers, and Mixed-use developments. Our company combines technical depth, creative innovation, and global collaboration to deliver design excellence worldwide.

We are looking for someone with hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company. You should have a proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance, as well as strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.

In this role, you will develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification. You will also manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office, drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level, and lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays. You will act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with the global BIM leadership. You will support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification, oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations, and represent BIM expertise in office meetings, audits, and client coordination.
