Electrical BIM Modeler Job

We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team.

Job Description
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks software.
  • A background in clash coordination tools such as BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, and Revitzo is also required.
  • The selected candidate must be proficient in common data environments like BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Dropbox, and ProjectWise for collaborative work on models.
  • Previous experience working on various building sectors including residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, and data centers is essential.
  • International project experience is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit modeling tasks and interfaces such as views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar Revit functions is necessary.
  • Modeling expertise in Electrical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services is required.
  • Experience in electrical circuiting, wiring, panel/DB schedule preparation, and other related tasks is necessary.
  • Preparation of shaft co-ordination drawings for electrical services, RCP layout drawings for MEP services, and electrical room's section detail drawings are required.
  • Containment detail drawing with co-ordination of mechanical & plumbing services and builders work drawings for electrical services and co-ordination with mechanical & plumbing services are necessary.
  • Experience with architectural, structural, and MEPF clash co-ordination is required.
  • Basic knowledge of project phases and deliverables requirements against each project stage is required.
  • Experience in electrical drawing creation/documentation and electrical equipment & services hanger support modeling is necessary.
  • Experience in working on fabrication models, shop drawings, builder's work drawings, and spool drawings is required.
  • Review and QA/QC of 3D models, drawings, etc. and parametric Revit family creation is necessary.
  • BOQ and quantity take-offs experience is also required.

Minimum 7 years to 15 years of experience is required.

Revit and Navisworks software knowledge is necessary.

Will relocate to Madurai if required.
