Lead Visionary
We are seeking a Lead Architect to spearhead our architectural projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading design development and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of project land and context, preparing and articulating detailed design briefs aligned with client vision, proposing optimal architectural plans that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency, coordinating plan submissions and securing approvals from relevant boards and authorities, identifying and engaging external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC), ensuring design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution, managing vendor selection, contracting, and relationships, overseeing design coordination with operating teams to ensure seamless integration of operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is a strong plus.
