Job Overview

The IT Project Manager plays a pivotal role in managing IT projects from conception to completion. This involves overseeing all project phases to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliverables.

Responsibilities include daily management of project activities, coordination with team members and stakeholders, and tracking performance against objectives.

  • Coordinate with project team members to secure resources and funding for project execution.
  • Develop project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, and other project management documentation.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management for application development projects in Commercial & Specialty sectors.
  • Reinsurance expertise is mandatory.
  • Detailed knowledge of project management methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Proven experience in managing mid-sized to large IT development projects independently.
  • Proficiency in using Project and Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, Planview, SharePoint).
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, and Azure along with Microservices architecture.

Technical Skills

This position requires hands-on experience with technical skills including:

  • .NET programming.
  • Angular framework.
  • Azure cloud platform.
  • Microservices architecture.
