SAP Project System Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the design, build, and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP Project System (PS). The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS) and be able to drive collaboration across teams, oversee application development, and ensure successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS)
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Ensure application design, configuration, and development meet organizational standards and business objectives
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS
