About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Financial Strategist to join our team, specializing in high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, and stock market sales. You will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding client portfolios, and providing expert guidance on investment strategies.

This is a high-profile role that requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You will need to build trust with clients, understand their complex needs, and provide tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new high-net-worth clients and expand existing relationships.
    • Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
    • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns.
  • Team Leadership & Expansion:
    • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers and client servicing professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service and meets client expectations.
  • Investment Product Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds.
    • Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies and regulatory changes.
  • Sales & Performance Metrics:
    • Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding client portfolios.
    • Regularly track and report sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales.
    • Proven track record in selling large portfolios and managing high-value relationships.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong sales and business development skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of wealth management products and investment strategies.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
