
High-Value Client Strategist

The primary function of this role is to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, while driving business growth through strategic sales and service delivery.
- Directly manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), acting as their main point of contact for all health insurance needs.
- Establish trust-based relationships with HNIs through regular communication and personalized service, understanding their unique requirements and financial goals.
- Cultivate tailored health insurance solutions to meet the evolving needs of HNI clients.
Sales & Service Delivery:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to effectively pitch and present Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Group Medical Cover (GMC) Health Insurance Products to HNIs.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to ensure product offerings align with client expectations and risk profiles.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts, significantly contributing to revenue objectives.
Business Development Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in business development, preferably with a focus on High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) or within the health insurance sector.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required.
