Job Summary
The Relationship Manager plays a vital part in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Their primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service, provide investment advice, and manage overall financial portfolios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and acquiring premium clients
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Offering expert investment guidance and managing complex financial portfolios
- Expanding wallet share from existing clients
- Monitoring high-net-worth client segments for new business opportunities
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and available investment options
- Collaborating with product and research teams to make informed investment decisions
- Developing and executing strategic business development initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience working in private banking or wealth management environments
- Minimum investment amount of 1 Cr and above
- Proven ability to advise clients across various asset classes
- Strong analytical skills and excellent teamwork abilities
- Minimum tenure of 3-4 years of stability in current and previous roles
- Postgraduate degree
Essential Skills
Proficiency in selling products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured investments.
