Job Summary

The Relationship Manager plays a vital part in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Their primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service, provide investment advice, and manage overall financial portfolios.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and acquiring premium clients
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Offering expert investment guidance and managing complex financial portfolios
  • Expanding wallet share from existing clients
  • Monitoring high-net-worth client segments for new business opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and available investment options
  • Collaborating with product and research teams to make informed investment decisions
  • Developing and executing strategic business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in private banking or wealth management environments
  • Minimum investment amount of 1 Cr and above
  • Proven ability to advise clients across various asset classes
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent teamwork abilities
  • Minimum tenure of 3-4 years of stability in current and previous roles
  • Postgraduate degree

Essential Skills

Proficiency in selling products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured investments.
