Program Overview

This 3-month on-site trainee program is designed for final-year MBA students with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in wealth management.

The role aims to equip you with knowledge and skills required to engage with high net worth individual/ultra-high net worth individual clients, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and acquiring new clients through referrals, events, and networking.
  • Promote and explain investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and fixed income products.
  • Understand client requirements and risk profiles to support suitable financial product recommendations.
  • Gain exposure to SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI compliance guidelines in client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Final-year MBA/PGDM student (Finance/Marketing/Business Administration preferred).
  • Basic understanding of mutual funds, wealth management, or private banking is an advantage.
  • NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification preferred; additional certifications (X-A/X-B, CFP, CWM) are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients.
