About Our Healthcare Model

We address a critical gap where quality healthcare is scarce and medical debt is rampant. Our vertically integrated care model spans the entire healthcare value chain, encompassing primary care, specialist consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy access, and hospital care through a unified outpatient and inpatient insurance solution.

Target Market

We target the uninsured population earning between ₹3 to ₹10 lakh annually. Our goal is to improve health outcomes and strengthen the financial resilience of vulnerable communities.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Identify and engage micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to pitch affordable health plans.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  3. Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  4. Field partnership and sales role, interacting face-to-face with 5-10 MSME owners daily, pitching subscription-based products.
  5. Maintain relationships with MSMEs, upgrading and refining existing connections to drive sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with MSMEs and corporate sales environments.
  • Scalable innovation and coordinated care approach.
