Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic professional (female Candidate) to drive banking partnerships for One Health Assist. The role involves engaging with MDs, CXOs and senior decision-makers of banks and financial institutions to structure, negotiate, and close partnerships for Group Preventive Care (GPC) and allied health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with senior leadership (MDs/Decision-makers) in banks to explore strategic tie-ups.
Pitch One Health Assist's Group Preventive Care (GPC) and health solutions as employee wellness offerings for banks.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI sector.
Negotiate partnership agreements and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and wellness program managers) to ensure smooth execution of signed partnerships.
Track progress, report partnership performance, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or institutional alliances (preferably in BFSI domain). Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at CXO/MD level. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confident, professional, and well-presented personality (female candidates for this client-facing role). Ability to work independently and deliver on revenue/partnership targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,668.21 per month
