Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in technical support and engineering? Do you have a strong background in AI/ML/GenAI environments?

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools. They will also have a solid understanding of database knowledge, including SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB, and any data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks) experience.

A strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages like Java, Angular, http protocols is required. The candidate will also have knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus, and ITIL application support management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Maintain and improve system documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O.
  • Experience with OpenAI technologies and managing GenAI services in cloud environments.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring solutions like Dynatrace and Splunk.
