Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify business needs and detect dependencies, impediments, and potential risks
  • Capturing functional and non-functional requirements and designing technical solutions leveraging the Spring Framework along with REST Architecture
  • Ensuring the overall quality and fit of the technical solution in addition to the overall performance of the application stack
  • Overseeing the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles, and deadlines
  • Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers through efficient code reviews

  • Strong expertise in system design and architecture, with the ability to develop high-level designs and architectural blueprints
  • Proven experience in establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams
