Key Role Overview

Our organization seeks a skilled Senior Data Engineer to develop scalable data infrastructure, leveraging expertise in Python and analytical thinking.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain efficient data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
  • Write high-quality Python code to manipulate and transform large datasets, adhering to best practices.
  • Implement data modeling, ETL processes, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across systems and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, scientists, and engineering teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or backend development with data-intensive systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, pandas, and API integration.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles.
  • Proven experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Airflow, Fivetran, Stitch).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with emphasis on data quality and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
