Job Title: Chief IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Developer with extensive expertise in Oracle HCM tools and Oracle Integration Cloud (OCI/OIC) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining HCM Extracts with a focus on complex data models, delivery mechanisms, and ensuring data accuracy aligned with business needs.
  • Crafting and optimizing PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages, particularly in the context of HR data integrations and reporting.
  • Building and customizing OTBI reports with a solid understanding of subject areas, joins, and security layers to support business reporting requirements.
  • Interpreting business requirements and delivering effective solutions with a deep grasp of HCM functional processes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as an Integration Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience in building and managing HCM Extracts.
  • Solid experience in writing and optimizing PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages.
  • Good understanding of OTBI reports and subject areas, joins, and security layers.
  • Good grasp of HCM functional processes.
