Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. As an IT infrastructure specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to teams across the organization
  • Analyze system performance and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and services
  • Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively

Education:

  • 15 years full-time education required

Work Environment:

This position is based at our Pune office.
