Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Specialist to join our Global Privacy Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational and consultative privacy roles, with a deep understanding of data protection laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Information Security Officer in implementing global and local data governance frameworks.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and training to stakeholders on data management best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, data quality audits, and handle data subject rights requests.
  • Assess data risks in supply chain, manage incidents, and support business continuity.
  • Develop and roll out policies, playbooks, standards, and training material.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in operational/consultative privacy roles.
  • Strong practical knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, DPA, PDPA).
  • Certifications (preferred): CIPP/E/Asia, CIPM, or equivalent data protection credentials.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
